Stephanie serves as a trusted adviser to her clients at Gallagher, leveraging her employee benefits and human resources experience to provide benefits consulting services.  She spends her time helping clients design an ideal mix of reward systems customized to each client’s unique organization.  She is also passionate about communicating those reward systems in a way that is meaningful to employees. Her work history includes progressive responsibility in the areas of Employee Benefits, Strategic HR Programs, Compensation, Recruitment, HR Audits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Management, Affirmative Action, Mergers/Acquisitions, Compliance, Policy and Procedure Development, and Training/Development.

 

Prior to joining Gallagher in 2011, Stephanie was an HR Business Consultant with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and HR Manager with Gordian Health Solutions.  Her earlier human resources experience was in the manufacturing industry. 

 

Stephanie served as board president for Middle Tennessee SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) during 2020-2021.  She was awarded the 2022 James House Williamson Award, Tennessee SHRM’s highest honor. She was previously awarded the 2014 Human Resource Excellence Award by the Tennessee SHRM Council and the 2015 MT|SHRM Chapter Leadership Award.

 

Stephanie graduated cum laude from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management.
