Earl is a seasoned veteran Production/Tour Manager and a FOH/Monitor Engineer. He has been working in the music industry for some 30+ years during which he has won 2 Parnelli Awards, one for Production Manager and one for Monitor Mixer.
 
He has worked with major artists in all genre’s of music, artists like Peter Frampton, Lenny Kravitz, Brad Paisley, Rod Stewart, Andrea Bocelli, Aerosmith, and Toby Keith to name a few. Currently, Earl is the Production Manager for country artist Jason Aldean.  Also, for 10 years in a row he has had the honor of being the Artist Production Coordinator for the CMA Music Festival events at Nissan Stadium.
