Celebrating Spring 2024: A Heartfelt Thank You for being a resource for live event professionals

Spring 2024 is upon us, and here at Touring Career Workshop (TCW), we're bursting with gratitude and excitement as we embark on another thrilling touring and festival season. But before the hustle and bustle fully consumes us, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincerest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported us along this remarkable journey in being a vital resource to live event professionals.

Your unwavering support throughout 2023 has been instrumental in shaping TCW into the beacon of guidance and support it is today. From our humble beginnings in 2011 to now being a vital resource for professionals across North America, we owe it all to you.

Reflecting on the past year fills us with immense pride. In 2023, our All Access on Site (AAOS) program provided over 148 free counseling sessions, expanding to include festival and stadium on-site counseling. This initiative met our community right where they needed it most, making a tangible difference in the lives of touring and production professionals facing personal and work-related challenges.

As we gear up for this year's festival season, starting with Two Step Inn in Georgetown, TX, we're thrilled to announce seven more festival dates already on the calendar, with more to come! This expansion wouldn't have been possible without your generous support, enabling us to grow our team and enhance our services to meet the high demand from our industry.

Speaking of our incredible team, we're delighted to welcome Kara Kemp as our TCW General Manager and Kasey Cleckler as our All Access On Site Program Coordinator. Kara's diverse background in the service industry and coaching, coupled with Kasey's experience in launching the AAOS program, make them invaluable additions to our team. Their expertise and dedication will further strengthen our ability to connect, support, and empower our community.

And remember TCW is more than just a counseling service and human resource hub; it's a vibrant community built on initiatives like our Day Off monthly networking nights, forums, and our annual fall workshop, which saw 400 attendees in 2023 engage in enriching conversations and professional development.

We invite you to stay connected with us throughout the year. Our monthly Day Off gatherings provide invaluable opportunities for networking, learning, peer mentorship, and fun! Plus, mark your calendars for April 30th as we gather to watch the Nashville Sounds take on the Norfolk Tides at First Horizon Ballpark. Special thanks to Crew One Productions Nashville for making this possible with deeply discounted tickets! Keep up to date with upcoming events through our website Events page or by following us on Facebook or Instagram. TCW would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to them for sharing our vision for a stronger, more resilient entertainment industry.

As we look ahead to the year with great anticipation, we want to thank each of you for being an integral part of the TCW community and for your continued support. Together, we're shaping the future of the touring and live entertainment industry, one step at a time!
