For the last decade, Riley Vasquez has been a professional tour manager and front of house engineer, helping artists tour efficiently and perform great sounding live shows all over the world.
 
Through his own struggle to find a job, Riley realized artist teams and crew are very disconnected. So he founded Tour Collective with a mission to help artists and managers easily hire crew for their tours and live events.
 
In addition to staffing tours, Riley leads an online course called Tour Management Made Easy - teaching aspiring students, audio engineers, and other professional touring personnel how to successfully manage live music tours.
