Mike Golden is a native Tennessean with over 43 years of experience working for Bandit Lites, Inc.  He began his journey in East Tennessee in the mid 70’s as a stagehand, spotlight operator and truck loader at a local Coliseum while still in High School.  His road career began in 1980 working for Bandit Lites where he spent 10 years on the road working for multiple artists as lighting technician, Crew Chief, Lighting Designer and /or Lighting Director.  He transitioned off the road in 1990 and moved to Nashville to oversee the growth of Bandit Lites Nashville where he currently resides as Vice President.
