Esther Song has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry from nightlife, hotel operations and sales.

A native of NYC of Asian heritage, Esther is a Sales Director at Dream Hotel Group in Chelsea and has been at various hotel groups - Mondrian, Hilton, Millennium, Thompson Hotels, Waldorf Astoria.  Esther is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University - Providence with a Bachelors in Hotel Management.

In her spare time, she enjoys being a guest instructor for hospitality management at the Institute of Culinary Education, and volunteers for A Leg to Stand On (ALTSO) providing prosthetic limbs, corrective surgery to children within developing countries.
